Located amidst beautiful surroundings, this hotel offers a serene experience. the service staff provided excellent hospitality, and the spa was remarkable. the rooms were spacious and well-kept, with comfortable bedding. the breakfast was good, and the barman went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The spa experience was delightful and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot soup during our stay.
The food took more than an hour to arrive, and even then it was inadequate. The loud music played at the pool was quite disturbing, making it almost impossible to rest in my room during the day. Also, the signages to the hotel need improvement since they were unprofessional, and we got lost twice.

The soup was excellent, and the barman Kelvin was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had a ball to play with in the water. The hotel was conveniently located near our conference center.
We also had a terrible experience during check-in, as we had to stand in the rain with our family and pay the full amount upfront. The food was subpar, and the service was very slow.

The luxurious amenities provided at this hotel were truly impressive. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive service staff. the room itself was beautifully decorated, with exclusive features like a private outdoor dining area, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also had access to private facilities, such as a spa, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage from a skilled masseuse.
While our overall experience at this hotel was exceptional, we did encounter one minor issue. the signages leading to the hotel were not very clear due to ongoing road construction.
